Why don't you use a Scizor? Or other better bugs like Armaldo?

I kinda like Wormadam though. I have no clue how to get the other two forms of him (Do you know). If you could get a steel one that would help with it's air weakness.
I guess Pinsir needs an evo. If your still reworking your team, you should really go for a ninjask. Since you don't have those clauses in your gym either you can pass double team along as well.
Armaldo's pretty cool and he doesn't have air or fire super-effective hits.
Parasect's got Spore and Shuckle's one of my favorite Pokemon to pull out on people. I'm still throwing around a move set for him though. I think Toxic + Wrap can do serious damage if it causes the other person to not move and cause poison damage. Not sure if it works though, I'm still breeding them.

Heracross can destroy whole teams if used properly.

Yeah. I like the guys on the team currently. Scyther needs to totally be rebuilt, and I'm looking for a more serious sub for Wormadam, who will probably be Armaldo to get rid of Stealth Rock.
Parasect I used to use in the red / blue days, but now people will pregnant dog about sleep clauses, even though sleep is easy to combat when compared with Stealth Rock.

I do agree that Heracross would be the best addition to you're team, it can kill a whole team on it's own, if done correctly. (talking about CB version here)

Or mudk...*shot*
Maybe add Breloom even though it's not bug, it works with the nature element of your gym.

Heh. I hate to lock things (It makes me feel like a thingy to use mod abilities), but I only really wanted to understand the shortcomings of the guys I already have, not build a new force. I'm never going to have a top notch team, but I want the guys I have to at least be reliable for what they do.
I didn't want to turn it into a huge team building session. It's kind of embarrassing since my team is already like 70% of the way towards how I envision it, and I'm not willing to change much.
I fall for the sappy mentalitiy of the TV show where you develop bonds with your guys no matter how pathetic and learn to work with them anyway.
