Empoleon- Hydro Cannon, Surf, Drill Peck, Blizzard
Umm.. empoleon is best as a wall, not a sweeper. Hydro Cannon isn't needed at all with it's type coverage.
Electivire- Cross Chop, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Earthquake
Standard.. it'll do
Lucario- Hyper Beam, Close Combat, Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse
Hyper beam = FAIL on anypokemon that isn't a normal type. CC and Aura Sphere? What are this guy's stats? If your going for a speical based include Psychic or Dark Pulse over CC or even Extreme Speed just for having a first turn move.
Steelix- Need a moveset
good luck with that >.>
Mamoswine- Ice Beam, Earthquake, Blizzard, Giga Impact
Ice beam and Blizzard? Giga Impact? Mamoswine is physical based. Replace ice beam with ice fang. Giga impact is ok.. but you can do better with almost any filler move. Include Curse!
Milotic- Mirror Coat, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Dragon Pulse
No healing moves on a special wall? Well it could do it's job still, but I'd recommend you redo this completely.

Houndoom--------Flamethrower-DarkPluse-Toxic-ThunderFang
Mixed? Are you sure? Also why Toxic? Will-o-wisp will do damage along with causing the enemy poke's attack to go down by 50%.
Ninetails----------Hypnosis-DarkPluse-EnergyBall-FireBlast
Dark Pulse? I think Extrasenory would be best to cover types you'd run into.
Moltres------------Sunnyday-AirSlash-Roost-Heatwave
legendary? One with x4 rock weakness? Hello 50% damage from stealth rock. >.> I dunno if you should go with it, but it works.
Arcanine----------ExtremeSpeed-ThunderFang-Crunch-FlareBlitz
Decent..
Typholsion--------BlastBurn-ShadowClaw-Earthquake-FocusBlast
Odd mix sweeper, but it should take people by surprize.
Charizard---------Airslash-DragonClaw-BlastBurn-Earthquake
Charizard > UBER FAIL replace him.
I think the best thing to do would be too make a team that isn't all fire based. >.> Ape and Blaze add some more type coverage with their punches. If you still want to go with an all fire set, just replace Charizard for ape/blaze.

Empoleon-Dig, Surf, Blizzard, Drill Peck
lol'd at Dig, Drill peck doesn't get Stab and it's physical based. I recommend you throw in the Move "Yawn." It's a good form of hazing actually that either forces the person to switch out the next turn or be put to sleep. From there you can use a stat uping over like Agility or aqua ring for stalling purposes. Ice Beam > Blizzard
Electivire- Earthquake, Ice Punch, ThunderPunch, Crosschop
stanard
Lucario- Psychic, Dark Pulse, Extremespeed, Dragon Pulse
Good, but walled by all steel pokemon. Others wil be able to set up on this pokemon easily. You can go with this moveset, but I'd recommend you but a Choice Scarf on him to speed purposes. It'd force out a lot of switches on you and the other as well.
Magnezone- need moveset
Good luck with that
Mamoswine- Ice Fang, Curse, Giga Impact, Earthquake
Still you can do better than giga impact
Milotic- Mirror Coat, Recover, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam
Standard.. but it works

Let's make this easy first. Whenever you fight a wild pokemon, they give +1, +2, or +3 in a certain stat (HP, DEF, ATK,SPDEF, SPATK, SPEED).
You can determine what type of EV's they give by looking at their highest base stat.
Since the max EV's you can have total for one poke is 510, you'd want to fight the same pokemon over and over depending on what type of poke you want. However, a poke can only have 252 in one stat. Having 300 EV's in Atk will do nothing, because it stops at 252. Note that 4 EV's = 1 stat point at level 100. So you'll be getting around 50 or so more stat points than the average wild pokemon, who all have 0 EV's.
This is just a short tip, if you want a full guide go to google and type in FAQ on EV's or something like that.

Persian, why is charizard a uber fail? That moveset doesn't really fit him (not many movesets do ) But a Belly Drum (leichi berry, the one with speed boost?) zard works great, a whole fire team won't work anyway but just saying that charizard isn't that bad at all. ^.^ Oh yeah, help on Magnezone: Magnezone @leftovers Modest Nature Ability: Magnet Pull -Thunderbolt -Hidden Power [Grass/Ice] -Thunder Wave -Magnet Rise Pretty standard for Magnezone. Since Hidden Power is quite hard to get you could replace it with something else.

well, Magnezone has a Relaxed nature. Is that o.k?
How do I control ability? It is sturdy, but, I'll breed it, is there any way to choose the ability? What about Hidden Power, what do you mean by Grass/Ice?
Would a Metagross be a better Pokemon than Magnezone, in this case?
Metagross has better stats than Magnezone, I might go with Metagross as a wall
If you want to give a good moveset for Metagross, let me know.

You can do better than relaxed, you should rebreed if you want to use him. You can't control ability, the best thing you can do is cross your fingers. Hidden Power's attack power and attack type change depending on what the pokemon's IVs are. Generally Hidden Power users are hacked seeing how it's very hard to control and breed to get the attack type you want with it. The highest attack on hidden power is 70, and it's typing could be anything.
Metagross is great, I generally use him myself. Metagross and Magnezone both generally play a wall, but they still do two very different jobs. Magnezone normally thunder waves and supports most of the team. Metagross acts as a physical sweeper dispite his speed stat. Agility + plus speed nature + 212evs in speed Metagross outspeeds every OU pokemon in game. Or Choice Scarf Meta will outspeed everything, but ninjask and Crobat.
So whatever your team is better suited for.. a physical attacker/switching defense. Or twave/general wall support.
Metagross generally carries ~Earthquake ~Zen headbutt/Meteor Mash ~Agility ~Expo/Bullet Punch ~Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch (Can only be gotten on Emerald version).
Oh and Please.. just update your posts from now on if you were the last poster. You don't need to triple post for only two or three complete sentences.
Charizard = Uber Fail because of no real beneficial stats, common weaknesses, and the addition of stealth rock.
