Battle revolution doesn't have a real story mode I think, just get pokemon and beat the stadiums. More like Pokemon stadium 1 and 2, which I both liked on the n64. And I think PBR won't be necessary to play on, just something extra for the gym leaders to offer. I will have to wait for it.. europe always get's the sucky release dates thanks to all those translations the french and german want..

nah i'm not changing that much so you dont need to resign kazuke, just adding a board for it to discuss or a battle board for it. My release date said maybe in a few days so i'll wait for it to come out, or go to the store everyday to ask if its here yet.

Well, IGN just changed my mind; 5.5 Presentation Simple interface, but characters are long-winded at times. A bit too shallow overall, but the game of course includes every Pokemon in existence, and that’s an impressive roster. 7.5 Graphics Battle Revolution pairs decent character models with strong visual effects. Distortion, bloom, and depth of field blur is nice, but there’s a lack of textures and strong character animation. 4.0 Sound Severely underwhelming. Pokemon still don’t use their television voices (only basic roars), and the announcer has only a few pre-set phrases. 4.0 Gameplay The only addition from DS to Wii is global random battles. There are very little online options, no added features aside from battling, and no leaderboards, tournaments, or rankings. 3.0 Lasting Appeal All the fun of random battles without story, character development, or leveling up. Pokemon gets old fast, as it’s missing key elements and varying gameplay on and off line. Overall, a 5 for PBR. After I read this review I don't really think I'll get it. wii.ign.com/articles/799/799944p2.html

I rather have Dragonblade, the trailer looked cool . And of course.. battalion Wars II. Never played the first one since it didn't have multiplayer, but this one has Multiplayer and Online.

I'm guessing the dragonblade is a fighting game and battlion wars 2 is a stratagie game? As i never heard of these two yet, when do they come out and what system is it for?

Both for Wii, Dragonblade is like God of War/Conan but without the blood and gore.. I don't know much about the storyline but you can defeat dragons and take over some of their powers. You can get a dragon tail, head, claws ect. which all have special powers. It's a hack and slash game and I like those games . Especially on the wii they can turn out to be great. I also played Dynasty Warriors 4 Empires for ages on the ps2, although a bit boring in the long run.. I just loved to kill so many units at once, especially when you have to take over a map like that. Battalion wars is a strategy/shooter game. It looks cartoony but is actually quite hard. You can become one of you're units and give orders to the rest, but you can also just only give orders or only fight (although it's not really smart to do only one thing) You can switch from infantry to boat to helicopter to tank ect. It looks really cool and I can't wait to do Co-op or online. Dragonblade is supposedly coming out in september. Battalion Wars somewhere this year. I hope soon...

That sucks, but I'm sure I won't get it.. Not enough money to buy a game while I prefer a lot of others ones coming out this year.

I just got a Wii, but I'm not even sure if I really really want PBR at this very moment. I guess I might as well. Anyone else have it to give me their non-fanboyish opinion on the game that has played it?
Besides the one rau showed, of course

Gamespot gives a 5.5, but I never really agree with gamespots reviews. They pretty much always give the wii sucky reviews. www.gamespot.com/wii/strategy/pokemonbattlerevolution/review.html?page=1&sid=6173476&part=rss&subj=6173476I didn't read this one so I don't know if it's better then normal. I'll post some scores here, if you want the full review then just ask: Gamespy: 3 out of 5 (which is a 6.0) Nintendo Power gives 6.5 Deeko (don't know what it is.. but oke) 5.5 Cheat code central 2.4 out of 5 (which is a 4.8) NintendoWorldReport- 5 1UP gives 4.5 Yahoo games gives 2.5 out of 5 Gamebrink gives it 9.1... Ngamer UK and Games master UK both give a 7 Nintendo power a 6.5 Gamealmighty a 5.5 Wii advanced a 5. Average; 5.9 Seems the score has been upped by the nintendo mags..
