Alright, I'll be making this easier for 90% of the players here. I'll be sticking to standard metagame rules, but I'll repeat them here.
Rules~
No Ubers
What exactly is the difference between OU and uber? Ubers are pokemon considered too powerful for the standard metagame. As such, they are priveledged to have their own tier. I will only accept challenges from teams without ubers. It is signifigant to note that legendaries =/= ubers.
2 Non-Uber Legendary Limit
You may think, "Wow! This is a stupid rule!" Well, for me it isn't. I really hate the hypothetical Manaphy-Cresselia-Blissey-Skarmory-Zaptos-Moltres combo, or anything like that. As such, I will be limiting myself and challengers to two non-uber legendaries only. Chances are it won't affect the majority, but one can never be too sure.
Sleep Clause
You may only afflict one enemy pokemon with sleep at a time. You may sleep another only after the first wakes up or gets knocked out. This rule exists to prevent every game from turning into a "who can sleep everyone on the other team first" fest. Mass sleep is just stupid, because you'd have to use crappy Insomniacs or Sleep Talk on everything. When Sleep Talk allows you to choose the move used by it, then this rule will be lifted. Rest DOES NOT count, so you can have a pokemon put to sleep and still use Rest.
Evasion Clause
Don't use Double Team and Minimize. The game becomes dreadfully dull when every game is DT x6 followed by Baton Pass to a sweeper. DTing walls will never die either. Some may say "carry haze", but the fact is, Hazers, Vaporeon aside, are very easy to kill, and you won't have pure hazers.
One-hit KO Clause
Sheer Cold, Horn Drill, Fissure, etc. don't belong in competitive play. Bogus random kills are just luck and don't reflect player skill in any way.
Species Clause
No having two pokemon of the same species. Try to be original, k?
Hax Item Clause
Brightpowder, Quick Claw, etc. don't belong in a competitive atmosphere, as they are luck-based and don't reflect player ability.
Extreme-hacked Pokemon
No, I don't want to see a Wonderguard Spiritomb/Sableye. I also don't want to see 999 stats and stuff, including hacked movesets. Other than that, I'm oK with anything else. I do completely understand that for most people, radar chaining is a pain and I feel the same way. As such, I will be allowing semi-hacked pokemon.
Example of Hacked Pokemon:
Shiny Wonderguard Spiritomb@Leftovers
252 HP / 252 DEF / 252 ATK / 252 SP ATK / 252 SP DEF / 252 SPEED
Roar of Time
Spacial Rend
Hyper Beam
999 in all stats.....etc.
Example of Semi-Hacked Pokemon:
Shiny Rampardos@Choice Band
252 ATK / 252 SPEED / 6 DEF
Crunch
Earthquake
Head Smash
Zen Headbutt
Regular stats.....etc.
hacked Max IV's

Alright, those are the rules I dearly value and uphold.
The matches will be held in the 6v6 singles format. You ARE allowed to have multiple items, but I really don't want to be facing a team of 6 tanks w/ Leftovers, etc. You get the point.

Ok, we're all set. Have a great time everyone! I'll be on PST (California) at around 7:30 p.m. average, but if I'm able to bring my Wifi USB connector over to my other hang-out computer, then it'll likely be expanded twofold. I can usually play up to midnight, but don't count on it.
