Okay i'm not going with this one at a time battle. What i am going to do is that if a gym leader is online ready to battle then the challengers can challenge them to battle. Once you beat the leaders they will tell me that you beat them and that you got the badge as proof like with an url. Then after you may challenge the other gyms if they are there. The gym leaders has the privillage of saying who is up next in battle so if you want to battle them, they need to say that you are next in line. So hope all goes well and let the battle of gym leaders and elite 4 begin!
Btw you dont need to go in order so which ever gym you feel like battling then go battle them unless they are already in a battle then you will have to wait.
