Don't have any of the three, but just some advice..
I <3 Pidgeot ever since the games came out.. sadly it's the weakest outta the three.
Swellow is very useful and it's "Guts Facade" combo does a good deal of damage fast. Put a Toxic orb for instant guts and brave bird, uturn and facade away.
Staraptor is great with his auhsome attack and speed stat. He also gets Indit would makes him surprisingly a decent opennin' pokemon. Close Combat ftw.

You can't go wrong with either Swellow or Starptor.
Swellow will do massive ammounts of damage, but is meant to kill itself brave birding or facading away with a toxic orb.
Staraptor on the other hand is just meant to be a physical sweeper and can take care of pokemon that normally wall flying types easily.
I'd go with Staraptor out of the two though... he reminds me of the band "A flock of seagulls"

One thing to note is how swellow is only OU usable with the gutsorbfacade combo. As such, smarter opponents will know the protect is coming. They can either 1) boost speed and sweep you next turn, or 2)stat up in defence or offence and wall/sweep....just things to watch out for on a swellow
